METS Day with the Minister

Pieter Strobos, business director for Process IQ, along with other METS companies, was recently invited to a METS Day with the Hon Minister Karen Andrews (Minister for Industry, Science and Technology) in Brisbane on Fri 8 November 2019.

In a roundtable with Minister Andrews, each of these companies contributed to a lively discussion on everything from technology, space, defence, research, future skills, interoperability, investment and the next generation of METS and mining. Process IQ was afforded the opportunity to showcase our capabilities in automation data analytics and IOT and how these technologies are enhancing the global competitiveness of Australia’s mining industry.
